“My daughter graduated high school in June 2022 with several college credits already achieved. She joined the Navy and is currently attending Navy training. When this training is over, she will be able to access her GreenLight Locker account. It has all her documents and transcripts ready for her when she can continue taking college classes. She will be stationed with the Navy and have limited access to information and documents from home. GreenLight Locker will hold all of her documents for her, and when she is ready to apply for college classes again, she has to apply to the college of her choice through Green Light Locker. “So before going into the college admission process, I was honestly quite confused about how to share transcripts with colleges. However, after going to the counselor’s office, she told me about GreenLight, and using GreenLight has been one of the best things I could have ever done. It made sending my transcripts to colleges extremely easy. All I had to do was register. I started using that at the beginning of the year, in September. And so far, I have been successfully able to send all of my transcripts to all of my colleges.”
We break barriers by giving students the control to find opportunities in a self-service platform that promotes individual accomplishments and qualifications, allowing colleges and employers to find and match students with the specific talents they’re seeking.
Match to Scholarships - Students can search for scholarships that reduce the economic burden of college.
Match to Employers - This allows students to connect with employers for work-study, internships, and jobs based upon filters such as skills, employer preferences, and part-time or full-time opportunities.
Match to Colleges - This enables students to connect with colleges based on majors and college preferences.

GreenLight Career Connect
This virtual career accelerator connects local employers with students possessing the skills employers seek. The GreenLight Career Connect Platform also helps students by allowing them to find jobs related to their future career goals.

Providing meaningful work-based learning opportunities is key to ensuring that our youth are future-ready. Over the past few years, we have partnered with GreenLight to provide a platform that connects our students with internships. Each year, the GreenLight platform is leveraged by over 75 employers to post internships that are available to all area high schools. Matched students aggregate their lifelong learning records and directly apply to the internships from within their GreenLight Locker. ”
