Who is a Client Success Specialist?
The goal of a GreenLight Client Success Specialist is to deeply understand our customers’ goals, situations, and more, sharing insights with managers that can enhance the customer experience and our internal processes. We are available to:
Meet in person or remotely with key stakeholders.
Manage the continued training and education of our clients.
Maintain customer health and introduce new, valuable features as they become relevant on the customer journey.
Educate champions and their teams on the value of our product, and help uncover use cases before they become emergencies.
Drive expansion and adoption of our software and services.
Execute regular account reviews with clients.
Manage new GreenLight Locker implementations and adoptions.
